Went for a state inspection & oil change, it was my first time there. They did the work & didn't tell me i needed things that i didn't. They did suggest things i may want now or in future but we worked together and they were fine with my decisions and didn't keep pushing me. Having a (retired now) mechanic in my family i know how important up-selling is to businesses. They made me feel like that was not more important than the customer. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely will go back to them for my car needs. The Service Adviser Dale Barnum was awesome.

We had a really positive first experience with Car Masters. They were able to diagnose an electrical issue with our Ford Transit Connect and never made us feel stupid or like they were trying to get something over on us, which has been a common experience when dealing with car care needs. Glad to have come across Car Masters and already have an appointment to have our other car serviced next week.

Carmasters UPDATE: TOOK MY AUTO BACK FOR RE-INSPECTION. CARMASTER WAS ABLE TO PROMBLY INSPECT AND CERTIFY MY AUTO. Once again I give thanks to C.M for pointing out the Faulty Caliper on which I was able to warranty all parts it damaged and paid only $1.00 and that was for re-inspection THANK YOU 😊 CARMASTERS

I really enjoyed visiting Car Masters. Mostly I liked it because of friendly and mindful approach of the personal. Richard helped me a lot to understand the problem of my car. He gave excellent suggestions and was flexible in finding the solutions to the problem.

As a young person who literally knows nothing about cars in general, both the lady at the front desk and the mechanic explained everything in detail to me about what they recommended I do and what needed to happen with my car! They were all so pleasant and quick!
