Truck rides way better than when I had it towed in. The photo's and detailed suggestions for the truck that were sent to me were amazing, I've never had any auto shop show so much care and take as much pride in making the customer the #1 priority and for that I am greatful. I went in for a scheduled oil change. I was in and out in no time. The cost was what they quoted. I love this place. The people are honest, friendly. The technicians explain everything to you in terms and language you understand. They answer any and all questions.

Work was done in a timely fashion and was done perfectly have no negative comments. Everyone here is extremely professional. Truly a hidden gem in Norfolk.

Ms. Dale was great, she Helped me diagnose the issue with my car. She and the mechanic contacted me every step of the way until my car was repaired and ready for pickup. Cut and dry business like people, took time to explain why the repairs were necessary and cost. I'm definitely returning for the recommended repairs needed for my car in the future

Ms. Dale really took real good care of me in explaining the process of the issue with my automobile and helped diagnose if it was the real issue need addressing as far as needing to be repaired. She and the mechanic contacted me every step of the way up until car was repaired and ready for pickup. Ms. Dale didn't beat around the bush far as parts and pricing. Got a few other things done since my car was already there in shop. Headlights restoration was a 1000x better I could ever done myself. But I'm very happy with my car's performance, it drives the day I drove off the car lot. I'm definitely going back for more of the recommended work I need for my car. Took my SAAB to Bay automotive and really screwed me and told me that my steering wheel will cost me around 400 to 600 but carmasters were very honest and fixed the steering wheel by just adjusting it thanks for being so honest 🤗
