Chuck the Service Technician did a phenomenal job getting my kitten purring like a kitten again! My water pump was about to go out and the diagnostic quickly assessed the issue. This is my second time meeting Richard the Service Advisor. His customer service and attention to detail can only be described as "ABOVE AND BEYOND". He made sure that every question I had got answered and continually checked on me to ensure that everything was okay with me during my wait. Car Masters got to my vehicle way earlier than expected and have done an exemplary job. Jim Bennett, you were in hiring these 2 gentleman. To all of the folks in the Hampton Roads area, I've been coming to Car Masters for many years, now. I will continue to trust their A1 Service for many more to come. YOU SHOULD TOO!!!
