Made an appointment for oil change. Went to appointment, checked in. Had a seat in their customer waiting room. Not a long wait. Was told I needed 2 air filters and was given a price on each. (Regular air filter and a cabin air filter) Went with the regular filter for this visit. ( need to make an appointment for the other). People are friendly, make you feel at home. These people take care of you. I love Charlie! She is just so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.
