I am so pleased with the excellent service I received. I will be returning to Carmaster Auto for all my car needs.

I brought my van here for a state inspection. Robert was was working the front desk. He was very polite and knowledgeable. My appointment started in time and ended in the time frame I was told. They had a small longe that I was able to sit in that had WiFi. This is huge because it allowed me to work while they inspected my van. After the inspection was done, they let me know about other maintenance they I may need to get done in the near future and they did not pressure me to get the maintenance done at that moment. This is huge because I have gone to other places and have felt pressured to get maintenance done they may not have been needed to be done at that moment.

Very professional very helpful went above expectations by doing both state inspections on the same day for our convenience thank you will look to you again for mechanical needs
