Overall everything was fixed that was I guess diagnosed but it wasnt discussed well as to WHAT was going to get fixed. Communication was very poor in that I was calling everyday to figure out the status of the truck and even waiting around and calling only To find out it had been finished and was ready for pickup. New coolant wasn’t something that was discussed as going to get changed nor that spark plugs where getting changed. I couldn’t figure out why the price seemed so high until I started asking many more questions and calling other mechanic shops. Why the hell are there dirty oily cat paw prints in my truck on the seats? If you have a shop pet then keep it out of the vehicle. My experience would Of been much better if there was more transparency Edit: added a star because the shop contacted me and apologized for my experience and was very professional about it. They didn’t have to do that but I was still very grateful for it.

I have in the past been going to a national brand tire store to have my truck and my wife's car worked on. My last visit with them left a very sour taste in my mouth, metaphorically speaking. I said I would never go back. A friend of mine suggested Carmasters to me, stating that they gave excellent service, and was upright and honest. I went there yesterday just to get a state inspection. I had an appointment, and the service writer greeted me, took my information, and invited me to a very impressive waiting room. Robert, the service writer came in and we talked, drank coffee, and had a few laughs for a bit. It made me feel human, not just "another customer". My car came back as promised, when promised, and with no surprises. Carmaster, you have new customer, and I will be telling others about you. Keep up the good work.

Had to get my car(from Canada) state inspected. Signed up for an appt online and within 30 mins I had a booked appt. Svc mgr is very friendly and professional. Got my vehicle inspected and a few things done quickly. They have free wifi in the lounge with free coffee and bottled water. Awesome place to go!
