UNFORTUNATELY YOU ARE RIGHT. MY SERVICE WRITER NOTIFIED THE SELLING USED CAR LOT THAT WAS PAYING THE REPAIR BILL WHEN APPROVED WORK WAS COMPLETED AND DID NOT NOTIFY YOU UNTIL HOURS LATER WHEN THEY PAID THE REPAIR BILL WHICH DID NOT GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO PICKUP YOUR VEHICLE. I WAS OUT OF STATE AND DID NOT GET YOUR FACEBOOK MESSAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. ONLY VEHICLE OWNERS GET THE INVOICES AND ROY WRONGLY ASSUMED THAT THE SELLING USED CAR LOT WAS THE CUSTOMER AND NOT YOU, ONCE AGAIN I APOLOGIZE FOR THE CONFUSION AND CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IT ONLY HAPPENED BECAUSE OF THE CAR LOT PAYING THE BILL. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND EARN YOUR TRUST, AS THIS IS NOT HOW MY SHOP HAS EVER OPERATED SINCE I OPENED IN 1998 BEFORE RETIRING FROM THE NAVY, JIM

The owner responds to the comments in a Roasting manner. It's hilarious. Had a state inspection done and a few other odds and ends. Took very little time and by the book. Jordan, one of the counter guys, is super friendly and cool to talk to. They build race engines. These are real car people and don't dick you around or fake your oil change. Ford V8 and Rat Fink tattoos. Lounge area is true to the name. People seem to get angry over parts. That's because they cost money. You'd be surprised how much a normal screw on a fighter jet cost. Correct vehicle parts are no joke. These guys are the type of people who get the expensive genuine part because they don't want to see you again and have your vehicle in prime condition for years. I'd rather my vehicle fail and be noted for safety than an easy pass vehicle and get into a wreck. Definitely one of the last real shops around. Keep rockin' gents

I took my car in for the yearly inspection, because Carmasters called and reminded me, which I had forgotten. The inspection was completed satisfactorily and the mechanic noted a rattle when he started the car up, I had heard it but paid no attention. It was a loose heat shield, that he recomended be hose clamped back in place. He performed the maintenance and now no rattle. Thanks

I thought the staff was very helpful and made me feel like my car was in good hands. The pricing was reasonable, I was in and out for my oil change in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back.

My mom bought in her 2004 Mercedes c320 to find out why the the battery kept draining last week. Jordan gave my mom a fair price and even went into detail about the correct batteries to buy. He also gave her a copy of the diagnostic print out that showed that nothing else was wrong with the car. He also gave me a quote on my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to get a oil change which was such a GREAT price. Now I know I have been ripped off all these years at JiffyLube. I would recommend anyone to go to go to Car Masters. I will definitely be making my appointment for my oil change next week. I also have been giving their cards at my job so they can go to a place that is honest and fair!!!!!

The quality of the work was very good, my car is running really well again and I appreciate that so much. The job took 5 days when I was quoted 2 days but that is okay I didn't mind, this repair was a royal pain I have no doubts--I needed everything in the AC system replaced and the whole thing rebuilt and also I needed a new starter too. Total cost was about $1900 which was fine but one thing I didn't like too much is being repeatedly told they were not making a dime off of me and that they were doing me a favor when the bill clearly says the labor fees were over $700. $700 is not nothing to me that is like 2-3 weeks of work for me to earn $700. They did a nice quality repair on my car and I am satisfied with the repair vs. price honestly, but next time just be honest with me I wouldn't agree to the price if I wasn't planning on paying for it. :)
