Great service from very friendly folk. My 1st visit convinced me to go to them for everything I don't want to do myself, which I suspect will be more frequent since I found a reasonable & trustworthy repair center. Give them a try you will be happy, they are nice folks.

AWESOME experience. Nick was very professional and helpful. I brought my car in with a frustrating electrical issue that I had taken to another local place and a dealership. The first place charged me $115 but couldn't solve the problem (they needed a Tech 2 diagnostic tool for programing purposes). The dealership wanted $620, which after doing my research I knew was an unreasonable price. I called several local places and learned that Carmasters had the Tech 2 I needed. After talking with Nick I expected to pay about $330 for the work which included another diagnostics to verify the problem and then the work to actually fix it (which I was happy to pay), but in the end I was ONLY charged $216. Carmasters also loaned me a car for FREE while they troubleshot and fixed my car. I plan to take my car here for any future repairs or preventative maintenance.

I brought my car in to have the transmission checked and have an oil change. Roy dealt with me and was very helpful in explaining the transmission and what needed to be done. I decided a flush of the transmission would be the first step...however once the mechanic drove my car he determined it wouldn't help the problem. I left with just the oil changed and a complete understanding of what needs to be done in the future.. major transmission work. I had already figured that what was needed. I feel they were very helpful, very professional, and when the times comes...they will be the ones to repair my car.

Absolutely would return to this service center. I enjoyed the friendly staff and timely service on my car. They do a great job of explaining each component of work going into the service and attempt to save me money while doing so.

Good courteous service, delivered on time and completed satisfactorily. The price was a little high (my opinion).However, I don't mind paying a little more when I trust that only what is needed is repaired and repaired properly.I did have that trust in the repair process.
