Called in today after calling numerous other places and being told that the earliest they could do a state inspection for me was Tuesday and I got in! It's obviously my fault for being late on my state inspection, but either way, I was very appreciative of the fact that I was able to drop my vehicle off the day of and pick it up same day. I dealt with Roy, who was very laid back, personable, and informative, and I felt he didn't try to BS me even though I am a woman. (This is a typical reaction I get in mechanic shops, which is funny actually considering I'm an aircraft mechanic in my day to day life). I was treated well, he called me promptly when I could pick my vehicle up, he then sat down with me and told me the recommendations for my car, as well as what was more necessary and what could wait a little while. The price was right, as well! I learned the they do rental vehicles during repairs for $10/day, and that they also offer two types of financing!
