They repair my A/C some places was charging arm and leg and wanted me to wait 4 days before they could even get to my car. Glad I was referred to car masters. They got me in and out on the same day I really appreciate the service.

Dale was great to work with, easy to schedule and communicate with, and had my inspection and tire rotation/alignment all done same day as planned. Nice shop and nice people!

Everyone I dealt with was so pleasant and helpful. I didn’t have an appointment but needed an inspection and brake work done quickly and they were able to get me that day! I would absolutely go back to them again!

Rob is an Excellent Service Manager who understand customer service. He is a veteran and he runs a tight shop. Yes, its a little pricey but the quality of work and customer service was worth it. I had my 2003 Ford Expedition with 300,000 miles towed there with Fluid leaks, overheating, and engine issues. It was diagnosed with a failing thermostat and broken hose. I also received a flush and oil change for $812.00. The service engine light came back on so I dropped it back off that same night. Rob went on vacation and Dale was in charge. When I called to check on my vehicle Dale said that another code came up and will cost me an additional $400. I called Rob while he was on vacation and he told me not to worry about the price. He made sure my vehicle was ready for my 12 hour drive to Tampa. I'm Active Duty Army and my truck traveled the world with me and I was not ready to give up on it. Im so glad I took it to Rob at Car Masters because Firestone on Granby let it sit in the parking lot for a week and refused to work on it and On the Run Mobile Mechanic told me it was a cracked engine block and I should sell it on Offer Up. Thanks to Rob and his team for fixing my vehicle and for keeping me informed. NAPA now have a new customer for life
