Been coming here for about 3 years and so does my daughter with her Vehicle, they are a bit pricey but always do excellent work.

They were awesome from the greeting over the phone up to the final repair on our Toyota Prius. Highly professional and worth the money spent for their service. CarMasters is the best!!!

I have been in Norfolk for 30+ years and I didn't know anything about this place. I have always been funny about trying new businesses. I went out on a limb and decided to try Carmasters auto mechanic shop. I was pleasantly surprised! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left. They were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, found and fixed my problem and got me in and out quickly. I will definitely be doing business with them again and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your service.
