Great service, got my car good for inspection.

The service was great but I had $65 just of miscellaneous fees. I feel like that's a bit excessive and they charged me a large extra fee just to pay with my credit card. I wish they had told me that before I payed so I could have brought cash. They didn't give me the paper saying what exactly I was charged for until after I payed.

I went here around 6:45 last night and I needed to get an inspection ASAP. I was lucky they were able to take me. The girl at the customer service desk was great! She gave me a lot of insightful information about my car. The inspection took exactly an hour, and I sat in their customer lounge, and watched some tv. It was a very pleasant experience!

Very thorough work, honest and upfront costs, nothing hidden. Always very polite & service is as fast as they can be, given their level of service. I feel comfortable and have been back multiple times. Also love the free carfax with detailed info on what they did to my car! So cool.
