Carmasters is easily my go-to service center. I never feel ripped off, in the dark, or otherwise bamboozled by this shop. My service writer, Chris, was friendly and informative, and gave me regular updates on the progress of my repair. Everyone there does quality work and treats people fairly. I would suggest them to anyone looking for quality repair work at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for!

I received professional care. The part needed had to be ordered and to come back the next day and I would receive a call when it came so I didn't have to wait for it. When I got to the shop, I was told that it would be about an hour and a half to install and it was.
