I appreciate always being seen in a timely manner. I've gone here a couple of times now, and it's always been a lot more punctual than other places, with and without appointments. There's a comfy enough waiting area if you want to wait. I had a very stressful time getting a part that I needed to pass state inspection. However, Mallory was kind and positive the whole time. She kept me in the loop, and I adore their website that shows you the estimate, lets you approve it, and provides a chat box to ask questions. Sometimes things just don't go smoothly, and watching what people do when that happens is very important. Carmasters is good even when things just aren't going your (or their) way.
