The service writer was very knowledgeable and professional. I told her my concerns about my car, she listened and advised me what to do. The technician found a bad belt in a tire which turned out why I was getting wobbling in the steering wheel.

Gave them a call early Monday morning and they got me in before lunch, out before dinner. Always reliable for a state inspection and if they discover problems they quickly give you a call with solutions and detailed photos. I don't trust anyone else the way I trust Carmasters in Norfolk.
