I highly recommend CarMasters. My 97 BMW had been in the dealership service department multiple times for a "Check Engine Light". Every one of their attempts to resolve the issue failed over and over again. Fortunately I was referred to CarMasters. Brett solved the problem via expert diagnostics skills. The Air Intake Temp sensor had become disconnected causing the problem. Brett reconnected the sensor and re-ran the diagnostics. Problem solved!! CarMasters has my business from now on. They are the best!

Great Customer Service. Great Overall Experience For Me. I scheduled an appointment for a state inspection took about an hour they sent me a link in a text letting me know where they were in the process of the inspection. The link also included services they recommend for my vehicle based on the year and mileage. Highly recommend I will be back.

I went for a motorcycle state inspection. The wait time was less than 20 minutes. The customer service and the technician was extremely professional and courteous. The waiting area was clean, had a tv, clean bathroom, and free COLD bottled water. I Will definitely be visiting them again if the need arises.
