Car masters was more professional than I had expected

Awesome employees and a great owner. The crew at Automasters are geniunely concerned about doing it right - the first time. They called me and provided me updates through out the whole process. All of the employees were very technical and their attention to detail is unmatched. Give them a try - you won't be sorry.

Customer service was awesome. Detailed explanations of work needed on my car were explained wonderfully. A complimentary loner car was offered and given so I was still able to get through my day.

The service was fast. I had an inspection and oil change done in just around a hour. That's a faster than usual. Also I love the intergrity of the shop because I thought I would need to change a few fluids, but they said I didn't have to do so. Thanks a lot

After receiving my appointment via text and email, the service technician handled my state inspection very thoroughly and in a timely manner. After identifying repairs that I already knew existed, I was quoted a very affordable price for the repairs compared to other large repair centers. The technician explained everything and expressed the priority in what repairs needed to be done then and what could wait. Just love the serivece.

Do not be deceived by the looks of this place. The people that work here actually know what they are doing. They have high tech equipment that can pin point any problem which most fancy car shops do not.You will not get the run around here, but, the only complaint I have is the temp car they give you while your waitng on your vehicle.It is a very old and smelly Honda which most people would be terrified to drive or even be seen in. Over all satisfied!

As usual Carmasters did it once again, a job well done. My daughters 92 Camaro needed a duplicate ignition key made. Unfortunately her key needed a coded resistor type of blank inorder to make the key. Jim and crew had the contacts to get the job finished. Thanks again for all you do!
