I could not think of a better place to go, They make you feel like family there and they are honest with you, You can not say that about alot of places here, They are getting all our business thats for sure, and their mascot Rocco is a sweetie, the whole expierience there is amazing, you dont mind waiting cause they make you feel comfortable there, Ty to the whole crew at carmasters I will be seeing you all soon with my other car

I was vacationing in Virginia Beach and had some car trouble. They helped relieve a stressful situation, took care of my car and got us back home without issue. They are honest, straight forward, and very courteous on top of being extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I made an appt to have the trans flushed as it was dragging. they got me in quickly and did a great job....the car is soooo much happier....however, I came in a couple of weeks ago because the car was not running wellthey told me it was the trans dragging......NO ONE suggested a trans flush???? I am not a mechanic and figured this was what the car needed!!!

CarMasters Automotive has great people that work there they are fast, courteous, and fun to be around when your vehicle is being worked on I have never been to a facility that has been customer friendly. The guys at the front are so funny they will make you laugh and feel comfortable while you wait and the techs there are very kind and when I was there I didn't understand a few things and David took me back and showed me the problem the tech walked me around and sloved all my issues thanks Carmasters for all your help
