The service was fast. I had an inspection and oil change done in just around a hour. That's a faster than usual. Also I love the intergrity of the shop because I thought I would need to change a few fluids, but they said I didn't have to do so. Thanks a lot

After receiving my appointment via text and email, the service technician handled my state inspection very thoroughly and in a timely manner. After identifying repairs that I already knew existed, I was quoted a very affordable price for the repairs compared to other large repair centers. The technician explained everything and expressed the priority in what repairs needed to be done then and what could wait. Just love the serivece.

Do not be deceived by the looks of this place. The people that work here actually know what they are doing. They have high tech equipment that can pin point any problem which most fancy car shops do not.You will not get the run around here, but, the only complaint I have is the temp car they give you while your waitng on your vehicle.It is a very old and smelly Honda which most people would be terrified to drive or even be seen in. Over all satisfied!

As usual Carmasters did it once again, a job well done. My daughters 92 Camaro needed a duplicate ignition key made. Unfortunately her key needed a coded resistor type of blank inorder to make the key. Jim and crew had the contacts to get the job finished. Thanks again for all you do!

My first time using them as I had to have some very major work done. Though the work took about 2 weeks these fine folks kept me updated the entire time, did their best to keep my cost as low as possible and helped me in every possible way they could. Mike is awesome and very informative and polite. I will definately be taking my car back to this place.These people really care!

Honestly I have never really left my car at a mechanic The guy said it would take a couple hours for an inspection there were others ahead of me I left my car went home n received a phone call soon after it was pretty quick good service and easy

The guys at CarMasters are AWESOME!!! I brought my car in to get some recommendations done and to fix what we found out later to be a wheel bearing. It took them most of the day to do all the flushes and an oil change, and when I picked it up I noticed that there was still a noise when I would turn to the left. Mike suggested that I come back immediately and have the mechanics look at it again. Jackson and Jerry both went on a test drive with me; which I thought was nice because it showed their concern. They found out that it was the wheel bearing and sent me home with a loaner car. The next day they had it all fixed and sent me on my way. They also continued to call me to let me know the progress of my car. Because of my patience I was even given a discount. I want to thank Jerry, Jackson, Dave, and MIKE!!!
