As always the service was completed in a timely and professional manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. I will come here for all of my vehicle needs.

I've only been twice so far, but CarMasters reminds me of the neighborhood garage from days gone by...Stopped by for an oil change with no appointment on a Sat. morning and was back out in less than an hour. I also like the 28 point check they do so you know if you have any problems.

Took my car for state inspection and to check wheel alignment. The advisor said upfront that they may not be able to get to wheel alignment as they had few cars ahead of me. I dropped it off anyway to get the inspection completed. The expected completion time was around 2pm (I had dropped it off at 10am), but I didn't get a call by 2pm, so I called them close to 3pm. The advisor said there was another car still in front of me. I called them around 4pm, still not done, then again at 5pm. I was little worried as they close at 6pm and had my wife drop me off there at 5:30. The advisor said that one of the lifts broke and it threw them off schedule. My car was still in the lot waiting to be checked out. The inspection was finally done around 6pm and I got my car around 6:30. The advisor was explained the situation and was sorry about the delay. It would have been an much better experience, if they contacted me and kept me posted so that I didn't keep wondering about the status of my car. Overall a positive experience and will use them in the future.

I really liked the people who work there they fixed my car without breaking me and I love the fact that they loan u a car while yours is being fixed I've never had any place do something like that

I went in for a state inspection and as always Carmasters provide inexpensive and prompt service toward the inspection and other service needs such as the air bag light was on, and rear wiper blade, both at somewhat reasonable prices. The employees were very courteous and helpful and provided great customer service.

Really extended above and beyond the call of duty to help me out today - seriously don't know what I would have done without you. Many, many thanks!
