I've only been twice so far, but CarMasters reminds me of the neighborhood garage from days gone by...Stopped by for an oil change with no appointment on a Sat. morning and was back out in less than an hour. I also like the 28 point check they do so you know if you have any problems.

I went here for a State Inspection this morning (8/16)on my 97 Honda. Being a young, military married woman - I am used to having bad luck with mechanics. I always have high anxiety when State Inspections are due because so often I have to go to a 2nd or 3rd shop before an honest and reasonable assessment is done. This was not the case today and I am beyond impressed with CarMasters.I got there right when they opened. I voiced my concerned about my car being older, that we were moving next year and I would not be keeping the car etc. The mechanic that inspected my car was C. Webster. He was very timely and listed not only what must be fixed to pass but what I ought to have my husband look over soon. I had to have my lights adjusted and when the adjustment did not brighten them as perfectly as expected, I was not even charged the full amount. I now also have the smaller list of recommended things to look over that my Husband can address as time and money allow. The in-office mechanic David was very friendly, honest and reasonable all morning. He took the time to explain the answers to all my absurd car questions and State Inspection questions. More than once he offered a loaner vehicle if I did not want to sit in the shop waiting room. There is a TV, soda and snack machines as well as a restroom. Everything went so well and I feel that the total amount I spent was very fair. They are owned by retired military, offer loaner cars for single day use if you need one and unrelated - the owner's dog is also very cute!If we have any car issues before we move, I am fairly certain we will be returning.

I enjoyed the service provided by the technicians at this establishment. Matt & Jim were very informative about my particular situation and ways to improve my car without pressing for up sales.

Great experience! I appreciated having the loaner vechicle so I could conduct my business without interuption or inconveniencing family members or friends by asking them to pick me up, etc. The staff were very professional and knowledgable as well as funny. Kudos to CarMasters for providing a 5 star experience!

My car would not start on Monday, Sept 3, 2012. I called Car Masters to tell them i would be bringing my car in on Tuesday and top PLEASE have a loaner car for me. I called Tuesday morning and needed a tow-the tow truck was to my car's location within the hour!!! The loaner was ready for me as soon as I got there. I did not have a current insurance card--so Dave just had me call my company and have them fax him the current info----VERY SMOOTH SAILING!!!! Thank you Car Master for taking some of the stress off off me!!!!!!

My wife and daughter had Dr. appointments at 1:30pm on same day I dropped my vehicle off at CARMASTERS. The staff was very professional, could not guarantee my vehicle would be ready. They provided me with a loaner vehicle just in case. My experience with CARMASTERS was very comforting in knowing that just because my vehicle needed repairs my personal life would not have to be readjusted. Thank You CARMASTERS, I would recommend you to everyone I know.
