Norfolk Auto Repair

I brought my car in to have the transmission checked and have an oil change. Roy dealt with me and was very helpful in explaining the transmission and what needed to be done. I decided a flush of the transmission would be the first step...however once the mechanic drove my car he determined it wouldn't help the problem. I left with just the oil changed and a complete understanding of what needs to be done in the future.. major transmission work. I had already figured that what was needed. I feel they were very helpful, very professional, and when the times comes...they will be the ones to repair my car.

Absolutely would return to this service center. I enjoyed the friendly staff and timely service on my car. They do a great job of explaining each component of work going into the service and attempt to save me money while doing so.

Good courteous service, delivered on time and completed satisfactorily. The price was a little high (my opinion).However, I don't mind paying a little more when I trust that only what is needed is repaired and repaired properly.I did have that trust in the repair process.

I took my Sonata in for inspection in April, and had a fantastic experience. Fast, friendly service and extremely reasonable prices. I'll definitely continue to patronize them at the new Little Creek location once it opens

Becky (I think was her name) at the front desk was so nice and friendly! I also made an appt and unfortunately was running 10 mins late and they were so nice and understanding about it. I didn't have to wait for long and enjoyed some coffee as well. The technician that checked out my car even cleaned out all the trash that was under my passenger seat (embarrassing!) but so nice of him to do that, I really appreciated it!

Front office staff very friendly and professional. Prices for services rendered in line with other businesses. The mechanic thjat worked on my vehicle is the only mechanic who has worked on my vehicle and the only one I trust with it.

One positive experience after another! I have been bringing my business to carmasters for a few years now, and they truly do go above and beyond every time. I cannot speak favorably enough about them. They have earned my business, and i highly endorse them! Even though my cars are old and beat up, they treat me as a valuable customer whether I am getting an oil change or an engine rebuilt! They have never once pulled any of the shady stuff that mechanics are notorious for, and even strive to find more cost effective methods of repairs. They have shown genuine concern for my safety as well as respect for my bank account! 5 stars! A++! etc!

Even with it being the last day of the year the service was exceptional. I couldn't ask for more and will never take my car anywhere else
