The team was efficient and nice. Gave detailed explanations on repairs and future service. Their interaction with the customers was professional but made them feel welcomed and at ease. Each person took the time to acknowledge everyone and even took the extra time with young customers to make them feel good about their choices . You have my business ..

This was my second time coming to CarMasters. The First time I had a great experience, and I did not have a bad experience my second time, but I was told one price on the phone and agreed to that, and when I went to pick up my car, I was told that there was a mistake in pricing and that my total was $160.00 more. In my opinion, that is not acceptable. If you told me a price, and I agreed to that, that should be the price. If someone made a mistake in pricing then I should have been notified right away or you all should have kept the agreed upon price.

Dear Kolby Harold,First I would like to thanks you for giving us the opportunity to service your vehicle.Second I am very disappointed that while performing quality assurance spot checks of my customer visits, and then seeing this review (I have emailed you prior to seeing review),I have found that Roy had improperly quoted the correct cost of repairs quoting you too low. Roy thenCorrected the cost which was greater than 10% increase for the same repairs which I as the owner promise my Customer will not happen. I am told that you did not find out until you arrived to pickup vehicle and when you expressed Your displeasure (and rightly so) Roy discounted the proper corrected price below what it should have been,until you I am told regrettable agreed to pay,but still more than what you originally agreed and in violation of my company policy.I would like you to come back to CarMasters now for a refund of the difference as well in the future for service knowing that we can be trustedAnd if being human we do something wrong or if a part fails that you will know that we will do the right thing.Jim, OwnerJim,I respect your honesty and how you have dealt with my situation. I will remain a loyal CarMasters customer and I look forward to coming back.
