Can I say stressful adventure coming to VA and doing a new inspection in new state. Upon My findings to become an uber driver you have to have a mechanic spend an hour and half on your vehicle inspection to pass tnc compliance. Good gravy. That is not how long it should take to inspection and to much for the mechanics time. However. I have received good service. Fortunately with the ingenuity of a friend I was able to meet requirements to pass inspection. And back to the grind. Upon my discovery stress can go away. Fortunately things get better and I am being serviced with a smile. Can I say thank God everything happens for a reason. And will return if need more assistance. I'm really satisfied with the service done with my car. I took it to them this morning for state inspection and they found a few hits with the car. Everything was fix on the same day and provide you with a cheap $10 rental car while they're doing repairs. The people who works at shop are friendly and easy to talk to. But they should really research more on how to get cheaper parts, like they bought 2 new brake calipers for $180 and $220, and brake pads for $90. I called in a local autozone for calipers and it only cost $70 each, and brake pads are $40. I realized it was part my fault for looking not doing a research myself before making the deal and i was in a hurry to leave. i also thought they could have easily get the best deals when getting parts because they've had experience as a bussinness while it only took me a few minutes to find cheaper the parts.

Great people and service. Tamara, Charles and Chuck addressed and solved an issue with congeniality and professionalism. Future service to be done on my truck was discussed and I will be back. It's good to know you'll be treated well and they stand behind their service. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Went in on time. Not only did they do an oil change they checked all my fluids, my brakes and tires, etc. Very efficient and trustworthy place.

I was having problem with my suspension. After scheduling an appointment they took a look the same day. I had some questions about the price of some components and they happily sat me down and explained why they needed what they needed. Going so far as to show me the parts and how they interact, and the prices they have to pay. In the end they still managed to save me money due to their expert knowledge. Can not find a more professional organization to give my continued business to.
