These people define what customer service means. From the time I called on the phone to my experience in the shop, I felt like I was in a five star hotel. Not that I had a room and bed or anything lol. I just felt like a valued customer and this is rare these days. The service was impeccable and I had to do a double take to make sure I was in a car repair shop! I almost wanted to recruit some of their employees to come work in my company because they were that good! The lady at the front explained everything in detail,she did not seem rushed or annoyed by customer demands or questions. she kept a cheery and friendly attitude throughout. I waited for about 2 ours to get my state inspection done but I didn't mind at all. I will definitely be referring more people to this place.

My experience at Carmasters was great! My technician is Don. He replaced the gear shift on my '87 Suzuki Samurai on my first visit and I was so impressed with not only his work but his demeanor as well. On my next visit, Don repaired holes in the floor on both the driver and passenger sides where I had BIG holes. Again, I was impressed. Mind you, I live in Newport News. I sure don't have to patronize an automotive business in Virginia Beach. I hear they're moving to Norfolk and when they do, me and my Suzi will be going there, as well.
