After having a bad experience with chevy dealership, I researched some other options. I'm so glad I came to Carmasters in Norfolk. They fixed my broken windowlift within half a day. The chevy dealership had my car for four days and hadn't even looked at it. This will be my go-to repair shop now. No games, no stress. They just get the job done. Kudos to Carmasters, Norfolk!

I came in for an inspection.The team was very friendly. Service was performed quickly and the results were emailed directly to me.

They got me in on short notice, were extremely polite and helpful, their waiting area was clean and comfortable, and when everything was finished they sent my pictures of the work they did.

My family here at CarMasters has been going above and beyond their call of duty to SERVE me at their highest level. I've been coming here for well over a decade. I'm not sure when, where or how I found out about this REPAIR SHOP, but they have sincerely been heaven sent. Dale has consistently treated me with the utmost respect. I met the new GM Tracey during my appointment scheduling phone call. Without ever meeting me, she literally embraced me over the phone (service schedule was tight and she figured it out (of course I met her halfway and was willing to wait in the Service Lounge)). Brought in a vehicle for a pre-purchase check. CarMasters was very thorough with photos and estimates of the condition of the vehicle. Saved me thousands of dollars on a potentially bad purchase . I also my car serviced at CarMasters, always transparent with the issues and cost.

Love this place! Tracy was a joy to work with and they had great, fast service even though they were short staffed! They also had a really cool inspection feedback program that sent back pictures of anything wrong. I'm 100% coming back to them for anything else we need. Also, this isn't a paid response or anything, just had all good interactions here!
