So lucky to have found this shop! Friendly and helpful staff, good prices and they are honest and professional. They did great work on my truck and kept me informed the whole time and gave a rental car as well! Definitely recommend.

I called several shops in the same area and the level of customer service was extremely poor until I called Carmasters. They were extremely eager to assist me with my situation to get me back on the road. Just when I was ready to give up, Carmasters made options for me to get the work I needed done and guaranteed me an approximate time I should be done. I was able to go back to work and pick my car up before 8pm after dropping it off at noon. Everything went so smoothly with their knowledgeable staff. Thanks Aaron!!!!!!!!! He provided me with a timeline of the entire work performed. I was intrigued with this level of professionalism. When I picked my car up, he still was professional not only to me but to the customers presently at the shop. Outstanding service!!!!! Went in there for a state inspection first come first serve. Was told 3 hours but took Less than a hour. Call other places for this but all other place were not taking any more

Great Service, upfront and honest. Nice people. One little drawback took 2 days to get truck back. But I guess that is because they are popular. They will be my new go to garage.

I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car and the people there were very nice and friendly. However, I feel that they need improvement on communication with the customers. Several times I had to call them and get updates instead of them calling me. I also was not pleased that it took them 2 days to get the right parts for my car and I believe that they need improvement on getting parts for customers cars because it should've not taken them that long to order parts and have them delivered. I was glad they did give me a rental car at no cost to me and that the price they told me was the same as the quote they gave me. Overall I think they are a good place to go get your car worked on at a affordable price and you get what you pay for.

Super friendly, nice people. They're quick and very decent/cheap prices. They do great work and I like that they will go the extra mile to just fill up a tire if they see it needs air or something. Highly recommend them. 👍

The staff are very pleasant and responsive. The only reason for not 5 🌟 is during price quote they forgot one part which was an additional $160. They did work with me on the pricing which made it better. Do love the full car inspection that they do and pictures are helpful. Much better than many other places, and do highly recommended them. Will definitely use him again and might change to five star.
