Renewed my State Inspection within a few hours and were very polite in their dealings. A nice, homely auto shop.

Had to get a state inspection, called different places and they were the only one willing to help. They are so friendly and informative. Loved that they called and sent out a text to inform me about my car!! Will definitely recommend them to people and go back!

was very pleased with my experience, they have a nice waiting area, and the lady that worked the front desk was very nice. they were incredibly thorough (though in good humor i was getting a very old truck inspected and i would rather they weren't so thorough perhaps) haha. they were very informative, helpful, and polite. i would easily recommend them to friends.

Absolutely LOVE Carmasters Automotive! They're reasonably priced, very honest, and accommodating. I was visiting my daughter who lives in Norfolk, & her car needed several things to pass inspection. They took the car right in, while we waited, & were very fair with their prices, & even told us what we didn't need to have fixed right away! I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I were on vacation when we had car trouble, these guys bent over backwards to help us. They got us back on the road and insured we were not stranded while they were repairing ours. Charlene even came in on her day off to go pick our vehicle up from some outsourced work. They even called us at home to check that we made it home ok! Very nice professional place. Thanks guys
