When I arrived in this area, a friend recommended Carmasters to me. The service, quality of work, and fair price I received was second to none.I have now been going to Carmasters for 9 years and have never had a lesser experience than I had on day one.Jim, Chuck, and the staff at Carmasters are the ones to see when you need service on your car or truck. I will continue to go to Carmasters and recommend them to anyone in need of a mechanic.

Recently I took one of my vehicles in for a state inspection. I wasn't completely happy with the service I received and wrote an unfavorable review here. Know this – this company reads these reviews and takes action. I took my other vehicle in today for a state inspection and my past review was brought to my attention. The manager, Mike, politely explained to me the effects the roads in this area have on vehicles and successfully made every attempt to satisfy an “unsatisfied customer”. I must admit that this company treats its customers very well and makes them feel like coming back again and again. I will continue to do so and even go out of my way to make Carmasters “my mechanic”.

Went to get a thurough auto maintenance inspection. I got the two issues found wrong fixed in a timely manner.

I received prompt and courteous service.

I have been with Carmasters since 2001 and I will not take any of my 3 cars anywhere else.

I arrived in Virginia Beach April of 2005 and needed my vehicle serviced. After speaking with Manager Jim I decided to let Carmasters service my 2002 Acura. I like that Jim stated that they stand by their work and if they make a mistake please give them the opportunity to correct their error at no addition charge. Twice I have taken my dodge charger to carmasters and they checked the vehicle and found the problems was still under dealer warranty. They advised me to take it to dealer and did not charger me for their time. My wife, daughter and son all take their vehicles to carmasters and receive the same excellent service. Carmasters always advised me to use original parts but gave me options. I have been sending coworkers and friends to carmasters and they continue to use Carmasters.

I was surprised about has much more get-up-and-go my van has after the total fuel system cleaning.

As always, the folks at Carmasters did what they do best and that is take care of their customers. I have known them for 6 years and have always given me the best service that I can ask for.
