Norfolk Auto Repair

My first time using them as I had to have some very major work done. Though the work took about 2 weeks these fine folks kept me updated the entire time, did their best to keep my cost as low as possible and helped me in every possible way they could. Mike is awesome and very informative and polite. I will definately be taking my car back to this place.These people really care!

Honestly I have never really left my car at a mechanic The guy said it would take a couple hours for an inspection there were others ahead of me I left my car went home n received a phone call soon after it was pretty quick good service and easy

Thank you thank you! It was great to find a place I can trust to work on my car. The guys in the office were great! I do need to reschedule my appointment for December 2nd. I have to be out of town next week and will call to reschedule that visit. Thanks again for doing a great job!

The guys at CarMasters are AWESOME!!! I brought my car in to get some recommendations done and to fix what we found out later to be a wheel bearing. It took them most of the day to do all the flushes and an oil change, and when I picked it up I noticed that there was still a noise when I would turn to the left. Mike suggested that I come back immediately and have the mechanics look at it again. Jackson and Jerry both went on a test drive with me; which I thought was nice because it showed their concern. They found out that it was the wheel bearing and sent me home with a loaner car. The next day they had it all fixed and sent me on my way. They also continued to call me to let me know the progress of my car. Because of my patience I was even given a discount. I want to thank Jerry, Jackson, Dave, and MIKE!!!

Our old ford pickup was a bit on the broken side when we first bought it, but with the well knowledged technicians at carmasters we were able to bring our old junker back to life without a huge bill. While most shops would have just thrown parts at the problems until we had a result they took the time to fully diagnose the problem and find the cause and not just another effect of it. I thank them for keeping my old truck on the road and keeping me on the road.

Carmasters did an outstanding job in the car repairs that were needed and as usual looked out for me by checking out for any other possible problems. The service was prompt and was expeditious. I will continue to take my vehicle there for any service.

Car Masters is always my first choice to have repairs done to my car. They are all very friendly and never take advantage of me. I try to recommend them to everyone.

I went in for a state inspection, completed satisfactorily. Buffing out the headlights was recommended. I could not pass up the price, three times LESS than what the dealership would charge and just as great a job. Thanks, I'll be back for future service.

Highly Recommend. I took my 1997 Lincoln Towncar to CarMasters because I just bought it second hand and needed to make sure it was road worthy. I found the two employees at the front desk to be honest and sincere, and this shop does quality work. While I was waiting in the lobby I felt at home with complimentary coffee and friendly conversation. Most importantly, the two other customers I met while waiting were both long-term (5+ years) customers who also trusted this shop's work. That means a lot to me to find honest mechanics to deal with. They were very straight forward with me about repairs that couldn't wait and ones I could wait on until I budgeted for them, so I don't end up on the side of the road. I highly recommend this place.
