Were willing to fit me in for a state inspection to a busy schedule due to multiple no shows. One of the few shops with longer hours that I've seen. Instead of just replacing parts with a weak parking brake, the technician was willing to do the adjustment instead of first replacing parts. It's simple but I appreciate the effort in diagnosis & repair instead of defaulting to replacing parts first. The shop uses AutoVitals Customer Portal so it's easy for you to see and get updates about work on your vehicle to your phone, with notes directly from the technician and service writer. I appreciate shops that lean into these systems as it helps with communication and means you don't have to wait around at the shop. That said they have a small, but decent waiting area with complimentary drinks and free wifi if you have to wait with your vehicle. Definitely would consider coming back for more work and re evaluate for a higher review. Without more work done I don't want to just say five stars over a simple inspection but so far so good.

Took my car to 2 mechanic before car master and nobody could fix it. Car master was able to located fix the problem.
