Carmasters Automotive LLC was founded with the commitment of providing the best professional service while maintaining an honest, competitive cost. We at Carmasters Automotive LLC are ever determined to improve our Quality of Service and Parts while maintaining the Best Possible Pricing to ensure our customers of reasonably priced and reliable automotive car-care. In setting our high standards of service, we use only trained/qualified ASE Certified Technicians.
One of the reasons I decided to open my own shop was as a young sailor in the 80s and into the 90s, several shops that I went into in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk area treated me and others very poorly when getting state inspections because I was a mechanic and did as much work myself as I could and went to shops when I needed inspections, alignments, tires, things that I did not have the expensive special tools to do myself. After being treated poorly for years I decided to open my own shop and so others would have a place to go and not be treated the way I had been. Since opening my shop all of those other shops are no longer in business. I always believed in a lot of training for my staff, training my team makes for happier customers and employees.

Jim Bennett (right), the owner of Carmaster's Automotive, was recently presented with a position on the board of directors at the Automotive Industry Virginia Automotive Association. Jim has held this non-paid position previously and is looking forward to volunteering for the next 3 years helping all the automotive shops in the state of Virginia. This re-election was presented to Jim at the Automotive Industry Virginia Automotive Association in April where Bryan Dodge (middle) was the keynote speaker and Jim gladly accepted.
