Polite, timley, fair price and excellent high quality work. This is an honest auto shop, a rare find.

I went for my inspection. My vehicle passed. They had a few recommendations for me that were optional, nothing serious for the moment. I could've walked out with just a passed inspection sticker, but I did take their recommandations into consideration & had these issues taken care of before they would become serious issues. They took pics of these issues & also sent me car care videos, which made me think more about the health of my vehicle. They were pretty pricey, but my vehicle's health is worth it. I appreciate the honesty & hospitality. They had a customer lounge with beverages, tv & chairs & tables so customers can wait in. That's another thing I liked. I appreciate them. Not like other car inspection places that I've gone to & felt robbed knowing there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. If I can go to Carmasters & they give me a passing inspection sticker but have minor issues, I'm sure that was the case with the other places that I went for inspection. They would find something minor, an optional issue & would threaten to fail my vehicle unless I paid to get the optional issues fixed right then & there(Accurate Tune- Plus on Little Creek). I'm glad I took the time to make the change & go to Carmasters.

I was seen the same day as referred by another facility. The office check in was professional and personable. Progress info with pictures was sent to me while waiting in a nice lounge. I am glad to have found this place.

They worked very quickly and were able to get me a new battery and install it within a day of diagnosing the problem. They also gave me a loaner car at a very cheap price while my car was in the shop, and waved the rental fee once I decided to have the maintenance done. Very professional, would highly recommend.

I have to admit, I have to give 5 stars. They were honest. Let me explain , I've gone to other places for inspection & even tho I would go to my mechanic to checl out my vehicle prior to inspection, I would ALWAYS have to pay something included with the inspection fee in order to pass. Carmasters diagnosed my vehicle & the overall inspection passed. They showed me optional recommendations. I could've paid the inspection fee & left. But their recommendations at that point I truly valued so I let them take care of it cauz my vehicle is an older vehicle, 1998 Lincoln Navigator. However, I have put money into it & taken really good care of it. They even send me pics & videos. Pics with the recommendations & videos on how to take care of ur vehicle. I thought that was awesome. They were very friendly & curtious. They had a nice customer lounge room for u to wait in. Free coffee & water. I didn't look to see what else, but it was a comfortable wait. Thx Carmasters. I will be returning for my inspection next year as well.
