I took my car in for a state inspection today and asked if they could look under the hood to investigate a mysterious squealing noise and loss of power that seems to happen only when it rains. I had already taken it to a different shop and had been told that nothing could be found wrong with it, and was legitimately afraid to drive my car. I was afraid that I would be told again that nothing was found. But thanks to the knowledgeable staff and excellent mechanics that work there the issue was found and repaired. There was also an issue of the power steering fluid being dirty and I was unaware of it despite having taken my car to other shops, the other shops never mentioned it. I was treated very respectfully and none of the repairs were forced on me. They called before doing any work and I was told the price beforehand. I was especially happy and extremely thankful for the exceptional service I received today because my little sister is learning to drive and will be driving my car, I now feel 100% confident that she will be safe in it. These guys are great I will be using them again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARMASTERS.
