A hidden gem. If you're looking for a trusted mechanic this place is a bit hidden away but it "IS" WORTH YOUR TIME. I've seen and heard nothing but good things about this place and would recommend them military because they are so close to Norfolk base and so honest, hard working and professional. I sincerely doubt you'll have a bad experience with these guys.

Affordable prices, friendly staff, and reliable and timely service. I would've given Carmasters 5 stars if there was sufficient entertainment for customers who choose to wait for service. Watching videos of automotive braking and suspension systems on replay gets old very quickly. Other than that--no complaints.

I had been to 3 other shops looking to get an inspection done on my car. They were busy but didn't turn me away! They had my car most of the day but gave me a ride home so I wasn't sitting in the lounge all day! The front staff was professional, kind, and hilarious. I would recommend them for inspections. I however have not had mechanical work done by them, so I can't speak on that

I Really Enjoy All The Staff There, They Are Really Nice, Explains Everything To Me So I Fully Understand Scott Makes Me Feel Very Comfortable And Knows Alot About My 2004 Volvo XC90 And Thats An Awsome Feeling.. He Is Also Really Nice. They Took Over 2 Hours To Figure Out A Noise And Didnt Try To Over Charge Me..Told Me What Needed To Be Done. I Will Always Go Back They Are Great People.. SCOTT you Rock!

My daughter and I found Carmasters almost two years ago and they are the only place that we use. These guys are prompt, thorough, honest, and their customer service is A+. Not only have they serviced our cars and kept us informed on what the work done and any that needs to be done, they even came to help me with a flat tire. I cannot day enough about this place -Carmasters is an A+ establishment. Thank you guys!

The staff was very knowledgeable and know their trade. I like the extended state inspection hours, that is very helpful! I will definitely return and recommend Carmasters to others!
